December - 40+ hr Rad Safety Course

Service Description

This is a 40-hr radiation safety course that is ONLY offered in person. We do not offer an online class. Every class will begin on a Monday and end that Friday. This is an in person, Mon - Fri course. We will break for 1 hour everyday for lunch. Please see calendar for the most up-to-date class locations. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to Jeff Thrasher (903) 738-1312 or thrasher.radsafety@gmail.com Prerequisites: When you buy the course, you will receive study material via email that covers the most basic facts about radiation and radiation equipment. The first day of class there will be a short exam over these basic facts before class starts. If you cannot pass this test with an 80 you are not prepared to start this course. You will be asked to come back to the next scheduled 40+ hour class.
